At DoggieLawn, we strive for 100% satisfaction with your eco-friendly pet solutions; however, due to the perishable nature of our real grass patches, we can only offer returns or replacements on non-perishable accessories.

Return Process

    Contact Customer Support

    Reach out to our team within 30 days of purchase via email or phone to initiate a return request for your non-perishable items.

  • 2.
    Receive Return Authorization

    Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.

  • 3.
    Package Your Items

    Securely pack the unused accessories in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Send the package back to us using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
